Are you itching to get out of a hands-on, tedious ad ops and trafficking role and into a more strategic ops role? No more Excel?!

The company is a well-known mobile and mobile video tech outfit, doing incredibly well and building campaigns for major agency groups and their clients, along with helping developers monetise their apps and engage with the correct target audience.

They need someone to work alongside the ad ops exec, taking the campaign reports, analysing them, coming up with new opportunities for clients, working with the account management team to make sure that the suggestions and optimisation opportunities are implemented and communicated to clients.

Basically, you need to know and understand ad ops, trafficking, campaign setup etc inside out, but you won't actually be hands on doing it. It's a great step up for someone wanting to move away from the day to day, towards an account management position.

You need to be resilient, hardworking, have experience in an ad ops and trafficking role, and a strong personality - you need to be able to manage up and across to make sur things get done!
