A prominent business at the forefront of their industry, a business turning over £1.4bn. They serve millions of customers each year, they're on course to hit 100,000 rooms in the UK alone, they have an established FTSE 100 position and further internal growth on the horizon.
The remit of the role is to help the business build the commercial and customer cases to identify and subsequently support new customer propositions. The team use customer and market data to help understand customers and identify opportunities for growth and improving the customer experience. You'll work closely with the senior manager and you'll be responsible for generating the supporting analysis and presentations needed to win support within the key stakeholders. New innovation's include:
Physical product development
Refurbs programme priorities
Innovation agenda and priorities
New digital propositions
c.3 years plus experience.
Strong analytical and numerate understanding.
Experience client-side or agency or in a consultancy
Understanding of principals of concept and proposition development
Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills
Ability to handle significant volumes of data and transform into strategic insights.
Hospitality experience a bonus.
