My client, a performance marketing business represents a new breed of Media Agency, specifically designed to break the traditional model and provide excellence in a truly global market. Their model provides an alternative way of working, which has led to what they believe to be the most creative, innovative and motivated team in the world. This is down to the fact that their network completes the essential but repetitive work on accounts, leaving the team to do what they think will achieve the highest ROI
They currently have 106 people across 4 international offices, but employ a further 1000 across a freelance network, who do the actual activation work in local markets. They have been in business for 5 years and were set up by an ex-Googleler. They are dynamic, nimble, progressive, driven and creating a noise. They are looking to build a business that they will then sell on. As a result all permanent employees will benefit from stock options. Think performance marketing across SEO, PPC, Paid Social, Display, Mobile etc.
They are looking for a driven, highly motivated self-starter. Someone who can rattle trees and develop long-term relationships with lading clients. You will work alongside a Marketing Team to unearth well-qualified leads, get on tenders and run pitches. Ideally they are looking for an experienced Business Development lead with a background and understanding of digital channels, particularly performance marketing.
