My client is an integrated agency and they are looking for a dynamic and inquisitive person with a data planning background who also loves looking into the details to find interesting trends or anomalies – and once discovered, they can build on their discovery to inform and present their findings to others in the department and the business; demonstrating how their discovery enhances the way in which we should view things.

The data and insights manager is able to mine data from existing data sources using ‘cross-tab’-type software and able to understand the structure of first-party CRM data in order to use it effectively to help develop outbound direct communications.
