Head of Customer Acquisition
My client is one of the fastest growing health and fitness businesses in the UK. In their short lifespan, they have already acquired millions of customers - and they're now putting significant investment in to their marketing division, including recruiting a Head of Customer Acquisition.
As the Head of Customer Acquisition, your role will be to own all online and offline marketing channels. We're looking for an experienced and ambitious TTL marketer, with a particularly strong track record in digital. You'll require the capability to approach a challenge strategically - but we also need someone who's happy to roll up their sleeves and execute. The organisation are very driven by data - so any successful recruit needs to have a really strong grasp on key business metrics and cost per acquisition, ensuring the board continues to see profitable ROI.
You'll be managing a number of direct reports, so you'll need to demonstrate a track record in leadership. It would also be highly advantageous if someone had worked in a branch-driven business and supported the front end with marketing collateral, POS etc. The client has specifically asked to see people from restaurants, retailers, supermarkets, loyalty businesses and cinemas.
