My client is one of the best known retail brands in the UK. They have a well-established insurance division - and this role works in support of their marketing director.
You will play a key role as an interface between key stakeholders, developing, undertaking and delivering strategic consumer analysis across the existing customer portfolio, providing outputs in terms of key commercial metrics. This will lead to the delivery of complex analytical and data-driven projects to optimise portfolio performance, which in turn will be communicated to strategic heads, both internally in the bank as well as with it's intermediary parties. You'll work collaboratively with these individuals, playing a key role in defining the business' products, ensuring that they're both commercially effective and financial fair.
Ideally, you will have some experience in portfolio / data analytics in a financial services institution, which will ultimately lead in you being able to demonstrate a commercial appreciation, as well as proven stakeholder engagement - ideally both internally and externally. A working knowledge of SAS or SQL is a minimum requirement.
