Head of Insights
A real foodie who has a passion for innovation research is needed for this well known brand. You will have a proven track record in adhoc research - either from client side or a mix of agency and client side within FMCG/ retail. You will lead the brand and innovation teams by delivering insights that shape strategy, product development and communications.
You will have a proven track record in delivering customer research initiatives to deliver insights to ultimately drive success for the business, and having worked closely with innovation teams to develop NPD opportunities based on consumer/ market insight. Working with creative agencies you will analyse the success of campaigns, advertising and product launches to shape the strategy moving forwards. Previous FMCG experience is essential.
