This creative agency have a 12 year history of delivering memorable, commercially effective live events and brand experiences across multiple sectors. They're based in an attractive area of London and number 25, talented, motivated people. Due to ambitious growth plans, they're now looking to add a senior member to the team.
The Client Account Director will report directly to the MD and manage a team of 5 - 8 event managers/execs at any one time depending on the projects. You will be the main strategic lead across a portfolio of the company's client accounts, building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities and delivering sales growth. You'll lead a team of project/event managers and ensure existing clients are retained by maintaining an industry leading standard of client service.
In addition to the day to day team management responsibilities, you'll also be involved in strategic planning, helping prepare for pitches and contributing to the company's overall PR and Marketing activity. You'll need to be commercially minded and confident in presenting credentials/leading pitches.
