Strategy and Business Director - branding, communications
Titles don't matter, but the value you bring does. You could be a sharp business/client director who lives and breathes branding and can write a mean proposal, or a strategist who loves the thrill of growing business proactively. Or you could be none of the above but have a well-grounded grasp of brand strategy coupled with an irrefutable track record of developing business and nurturing accounts within an agency.
This role will sit in a small but fully-fledged and ambitious branding and communications agency based in the heart of Westminster. They might not be able to offer the holy grail of corporate benefits but you'd join a growing, independent and agile agency where people genuinely love going to work (almost) as much as they love coming back home. Plus variety is the spice of life here - from corporate branding and communications, to consumer branding, packaging, brand activation and digital.
This is a senior and hybrid position that will certainly come with its share of challenges and grey areas, but you will be an integral and highly respected part of the team, supporting two caring and driven partners in generating new business, as well as providing a more consultative input for their existing clients on a marketing and brand strategy level. Their plan is to double the size of the agency over the next few years so they'd want you to be a catalyst of growth - great times ahead so you can only move up from there!
