Whether we’re acting as media owner or media agency, the presentation of our content is increasingly web based. We want to grow and a vital ingredient to help us achieve growth, from the increased delivery of ambitious pitch-perfect client campaigns to our digital team feeling increasingly equipped and inspired, is a highly skilled Digital Development Manager.

The role:
This tech savvy position is at its core a team leading and digital project management role with ample opportunity for hands-on development whilst providing valuable input into design, usability and platform architecture. The digital team consists of a Digital Designer and Ad Ops Executive. There is also a Data Manager to partner with on data projects.

The digital development manager will need to interpret and communicate business needs and new campaigns to our outsourced development agency. In this role, there will also be the requirement to clearly and simply communicate digital solutions to our clients. This person is a born problem solver, an ever-eager embracer of new technologies and a comfortable leader of people and projects.

Responsibilities include:

-Head up our website portfolio, working with our in-house web designer and outsourced development agency, to ensure that what we produce is exemplary;
-Oversee the timely on target delivery of our online advertising campaigns (display and email) in conjunction with our in-house Ad Operations Executive;
-Work across the business and with clients to plan, manage, update and implement digital projects (websites, apps, digital magazines).
