The Agency Who You'll Be Working With
One of London's best innovation agencies are looking to add an Associate Programme Director to the team. They've got some excellent accounts under their belts, with clients spanning multiple industries. The team itself is a tightly knit unit of programme delivery, strategy, and creative with their outputs including branding, business strategy and product development all with a highly user centric approach. The agency has ambitious times ahead and so wants people to be able to climb and progress both within and without the business.

The Job
Project wise, it's highly conceptual, strategic work rather than tangible collateral the majority of the time. This agency view themselves as "business partners for change" with everybody in the business being highly client facing.

In terms of direct responsibilities, you'll be working across multiple streams of work, building dynamic programmes of work and driving towards excellent outcomes for a range of clients. This will include defining the correct approaches to work, maintaining smooth process and holding responsibility for profitability including ongoing reporting.

You will be a leader internally and externally - managing and developing client expectations and surpassing them at every turn.

You
Skill set wise, there has to be a level of dynamism and nimbleness. Every project is different and requires a certain mental agility. You have to be highly commercial and business savvy with a natural eye for numbers. It's a broad, free ranging role so a desire to get out of your current box and own a bigger picture is a must - as is a hunger to develop and grow (there's a real license to shape the role). An opinion on how work should be done but still very much in the context of the servant leader facilitator (similar to scrum). You need to be comfortable with ambiguity - they do have plenty of process in place but the kind of work they deliver doesn't lend itself to a box ticking exercise.

In short, it's a great chance to join a world beating team at a top agency with excellent clients.
