One of the South Coast's loveliest clients are now seeking a very experienced individual for a Senior PPC Manager/Head of PPC position on a permanent basis. Your level of experience will determine which of the two roles you'd be considered for.

Their client base is incredibly varied from local eCommerce businesses to multi-national blue chip organisations. You will have the opportunity here to input your ideas at a time where the business is experimenting with very new and forward thinking ways of working.

What you'll be doing

As the Senior PPC Manager, you will take on a leading role alongside a team of 2 hands-on PPC Managers, and will be fully embedded in the day to day operations for your clients. You will revel in mentoring your colleagues and will be seen as an ambassador for the agency. You will be very experienced in PPC and familiar with display, biddable, paid search, and paid social. It is not essential that you be coming from an agency background. As long as you're comfortable with clients and are able to build solid relationships, you'll excel here. At a Head of PPC level, you'll be demonstrating significant experience in mentoring others, managing others in a more formal way and dealing with HR matters (i.e. holiday approvals, staff development, strategy, cost analysis, and recruitment) within your department. You will be confident leading pitches and winning new business, and in ensuring that your clients feel that their accounts are in the safest and best hands! You'll also be very commercial and savvy, very focused on return on investment and maximising opportunities for the wider business.

What experience you'll need to apply

For the Senior PPC Manager:

Demonstrable experience in account management within PPC
Ability to work under own initiative
Excellent relationship building skills
Great communication and organisation skills

For the Head of PPC:

Commercial acumen
Significant experience in account management within PPC
Entrepreneurial streak
Experienced manager of people and exposure to HR processes
Outstanding client management skills
Excellent Google Analytics skills including attribution modelling
