Client relationship Director - Buckinghamshire - £50,000 - £60,000 basic plus Bonus
This is a rare opportunity to join a growing SAAS business at senior level. If you're an experienced Account Director or Business Development Manager with a natural flair for building relationships with clients, this job is for you.
This Bucks based business was set up 10 years ago when the founder noticed huge inefficiencies in the marketing procurement process. Companies were wasting money through disjointed buying processes that this company set out to fix. They are now 30 people strong and expecting 40% growth in the next 6 months off the back of some massive client wins. They already have an office in the US and are looking at expanding in other countries too.
Put simply they help multinational businesses manage their marketing spend through the use of a well developed online platform which they charge a licence fee for.
This job is a senior position within the business reporting to the Head of Commercial Relations. You'll be tasked with developing and growing long term sustainable relationships with key stakeholders at some of the world's largest businesses. You'll work to agreed growth targets from an existing portfolio whilst also identifying and winning new business. The split will be 75% account management, 25% new business.
You'll have the support of 2 engagement managers and eventually have line management responsibility for a small team of managers and execs. You'll become an expert on the software they supply and spend your time advising clients on how best to utilise it.
The role has only become available due to consistent growth which means the Commercial Director's time is spread too thinly.
