Senior UX Designer – London – £60-70k + benefits and bonus

The Candidate:

They are in constant growth and are now looking to add several Senior UX Designers across their business. This is a very entrepreneurial role as you will help shape the team, build it and take ownership of the build. There is also real room for progression into line management and future leadership opportunities.

The Role:

They would like the Seniors to define the UX vision within their product portfolio and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience across all their digital products.

This role will cover all customer digital touch points on responsive web and mobile, and will have critical input into the strategy and work to deliver the underlying services that support those propositions.

The role will cover all aspects of User Research, concept testing and usability testing to validate roadmaps.

You will act as the voice of the customer, be passionate about their needs and how to continually improve their experience. Design digital products that delight consumers and deliver a straightforward, enjoyable experience resulting in strong retention rates and regular repeat users.

You will need to work closely with Product Managers, UX & UI designers, front end prototypers and engineers to align the user experience and maintain consistency of brand expression across web and app.

  • Leading, influencing and driving change in key aspects of the customer experience
  • Plan and implement creative ways to collect and analyse customer behaviours that will inform the design of key product features.
  • Develop and own UX Strategy to form the basis of digital experiences and maintaining a coherence of interaction and Brand behaviour.
  • Translate business and customer requirements into meaningful interactive experiences – taking big ideas and working collaboratively to evolve them into usable features.
