Culture & Trends Director
Join the Dots are currently on the hunt for an exceptional individual to help us deliver our unique model for delivering cultural context and understanding people across the world.
We have an exciting new role within our growing Culture & Trends Team for a Culture & Trends Director. We’re looking for a first-class communicator with a passion for culture, people and brands, and an interest in consumer trends across the globe.
The role requires a strategic brain to identify and confidently apply trend insights to our clients’ brands, helping them to anticipate change and deliver business strategy against it. Key elements of the role will be developing innovation platforms, delivering cultural immersions and trend deep dives and informing consumer brand strategies.

- Highly experienced at client relationship management, working with senior client stakeholders;
- Be able to demonstrate a genuine passion for digital, brands, people and trends
- Be able to interpret and apply secondary data and trends to deliver commercial benefit
- Be a team player with experience in coaching and developing others
- Have excellent writing and presentation skills
- Foreign language skills are desirable, but not essential for the role
