I'm looking for a Marketing Executive who has some proven commercial marketing experience ideally in a financial services or regulated environment. You'll gain great exposure to different marketing techniques as you'll have the opportunity to work across innovative b2b and b2c integrated campaigns.

The Role

Reporting to the Head of Acquisition and Retention you will help to implement highly effective, engaging marketing campaigns in line with marketing strategy which could include offline, online and events on time and to budget. You will work with a variety of stakeholders and liaise with the in-house 'creative' function and external agencies to deliver targeted marketing campaigns.

Day to day you will:

  • Develop targeted integrated campaigns B2B and B2C - on and off line.
  • Brief agencies and internal 'creative' function.
  • Ensure brand guidelines are adhered to in all communications
  • Ensure ROI is measured for all campaigns
  • Use insight to develop CRM campaigns

About You

I'm looking for a Marketing Executive who has gained some experience in a commercial marketing role ideally within a regulated environment. You would have proven experience in creating and implementing integrated campaign plans and budgets across both B2B and B2C channels especially digital. You will have and understanding of target audience and use of CRM methodology and have a working knowledge of marketing research techniques and its use within customer segmentation.

Also, key will be your 'attitude', I'm looking for someone with bags of enthusiasm; a desire to go above and beyond and someone who's keen to learn. You'll have strong communications skills both written and verbal and able to work under pressure.
