Insight Director - Qualitative
Major Players seek a creative qualitative Insights Director to join a leading agency, starting ASAP and paying up to £65k.
Our London/NYC client is a leading and award winning research agency who are specialists in international ethnographic research and film production alongside other innovative qualitative methodologies. They tackle large scale business problems for a plethora of high profile clients, unearthing ground-breaking insights from global studies. They are passionate about research, hard working, collaborative and have recently moved in to shiny new offices in East London, They have an excellent reputation in the industry and are known to be great leading creative insights agency.
They seek an experienced insights director to join their medium sized, collaborative team. The role is varied; you will be managing large scale, international projects from start to finish from proposal writing, pitch, fieldwork, analysis and debrief. You will be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships and growing accounts organically. You will be responsible for overall business performance, driving innovation of methodologies and wider offering to ensure remaining competitive in the market place.
You will have at least 4 years' experience within research or communications strategy and be passionate, energetic and entrepreneurial. You will have had experience managing international research projects and will be excellent working with clients, having a good business acumen with proven experience of thinking commercially.
