Ideally you will have over 10 years' integrated agency experience with an in-depth understanding of the digital world. You will be proactive, commercially astute, highly detailed, open, empathetic, collaborative, hands-on and passionate about what you do. This is a pivotal role with regards to the growth and development of the business; you will be working strategically with the CEO to help develop effective business processes all the while advocating and nurturing the company culture and mentoring the account management team.
This role is one of great responsibility, but also one that will be greatly rewarding.
