Our client is a global agency which was founded over 100 years ago, originally set up to work with some of the biggest entertainers in the world at that time. Later on the agency acquired an agency with a similar heritage, who focused solely on sports clients.
The agency's primary focus is licensing, brand activation and strategy all still mostly in the sports and entertainment sectors.
You will be in a team of 5 designers, headed up by a Creative Director. There's a very flat structure, but as a senior designer you may at times be required to guide the more junior designers. The focus of the role is conceptual; understanding how to develop a brand, thinking about how it will fit into the commercial world and how the idea can be expanded and rolled out into different key areas. Coming from a branding background will be ideal, someone who understands strategic end of design and the bigger thinking, however the final design and crafting must also be evident in your work.
