They've been really successful since they started a few years ago and are now one of London's fastest growing agencies. They also score very well in the new business leagues and their client list is amazing.
It's an environment that's open to new thinking and opportunities - you only need to look at their Planning Director who in 4 years has grown strategy there from zero to put it at the heart of the agency.
Senior Digital Strategist - The Role
This really is an opportunity! They're looking for a Digital Strategist who will come in and make a real impact. It's a chance to share your vision and expertise to help develop, and fundamentally transform, the agency's digital strategy offering.
You won't be starting from nothing as they already do lots of social marketing as well as website builds for some really juicy clients. So you'll be charged with developing an effective digital strategy for them, defining objectives and the role of digital and social.
You'll also help the agency's advertising clients understand how digital and social can be a key part of their marketing as well as playing a key role in new business pitches, where the agency has a great track record.
And you'll share your passion for digital with everyone, clients and colleagues, helping them see the potential of technology and innovation to transform the success of their business.
Senior Digital Strategist - Skills and Experience Needed
Alongside expertise in digital strategy - we're probably talking about 5 years agency experience here, but there could be some flex on that - you're going to need to be entrepreneurial in your approach. Someone who's passionate about great digital strategy and thrives on developing opportunities for digital with clients.
It might be that you're with a bigger agency and want somewhere with a faster pace and hungrier to do the best, state of the art work. Or you're simply now ready to take the lead. Either way, you have a track record as lead strategist on an account.
You're a creative thinker who knows what good work looks like, is totally up to speed with developments in digital and a confident, inspiring presenter. If you already have some pitch experience too, that would be great, but it's not essential.
