Strategy Director  - The Role

  • This role will cover the entire customer experience and is all about making sure it’s the ultimate one.  You’ll be hands on in developing the data driven customer journey, working across the full range of channels from dealership collateral to digital engagement and content, ensuring it’s totally relevant and gets results.
  • You’ll work as part of a multi-disciplined strategy team on a leading automotive brand, collaborating with their lead data planner to understand customers, develop the proposition and design experiences that put the individual at the heart of the agency’s work.
  • This is very much a hands-on role, so it will suit a client facing Strategy Director who thrives on making a difference.

Strategy Director  - Skills and Experience Needed

  • With a background in direct marketing/CRM strategy gained agency side, you’re also super experienced in digital and content. 
  • You’re totally focussed on the customer and thrive on designing the very best customer experience across all touch points and channels, that’s relevant, engaging and effective.
  • Whilst you’re data savvy – not a data planner by the way – you’re also brand literate and love working with creatives to inspire powerful communications and content. 
  • You love working closely with your clients and are a convincing, charismatic presenter and thought leader.
