Japanese Affiliate Account Manager

We are in the process of building a new team of UK Affiliate Account Managers – there are definitely exciting times ahead. Reporting into the Head of UK Affiliates and Social you’ll have responsibility for the business development of a group of Japanese Affiliate Marketing partners.
The Japanese Affiliate Account Manager is responsible for driving William Hill revenue growth through the acquisition of profitable players from Japanese affiliates, based on a minimum ROI threshold so you’ll need to be data orientated and highly fluent with Microsoft Excel. Experience of working to targets is also beneficial as will being goal orientated in your approach.
It is essential that you are able to build strong working relationships with key affiliate partners and oversee existing affiliate relationships. You must be able to demonstrate experience of working successfully with affiliates and be able to identify & recruit new affiliates so an ability to sell is key.
You’ll have an ability to monitor affiliate performance and identify ideas for improvement reporting back to senior management. You’ll monitor ROI and put fixes in place when ROI threshold is not met. Of graduate caliber you’ll already have a successful background in affiliate management although this does not need to be from an online gaming and gaming background but it would be beneficial. You must also be prepared to represent William Hill at conferences and meetings with Affiliates. A passion for Sports is also important.
An experienced communicator you’ll have strong collaboration and influencing skills and be able to work in a multi-national and multi-geography environment. You’ll be fluent in both English and Japanese.
