Online Media Executive

We are in the process of building a new team of Online Media Executives to be based at our new offices in London. It will be your responsibility to manage a portfolio of UK-based publishers in William Hill Online’s UK online media team - reporting to the Online Media manager.
You’ll be expected to create new deals leading to increased acquisitions, planning and purchasing new media whilst negotiating best deals with media suppliers. Developing and implementing advertising campaigns, initiating new innovative ideas and offers for campaigns/deals and looking for the next trend in the industry will also be a core aspect of this role. It would be beneficial if you already have a background in media buying.
Working with between 10-12 media agencies/publishers you will need to have a structured approach to your work in order to continuously test, track and optimize campaign activities. You’re ultimate aim being to acquire players through all channels and new platforms (Mobile, Apps, Desktop) so you will have targets to meet.
Managing and maintaining relationships with existing partners will be a big part of your role so you’ll already have experience of working with suppliers and know what it takes to keep the relationship going. A head for numbers will also be key as you’ll be expected to monitor ROI and campaign results, MS Excel will be your friend.
You’ll also need to have experience of mobile apps and be happy representing William Hill at conferences and meetings with suppliers. And if you don’t have previous online gaming or gambling experience don’t worry but you will need to have more than passing interest in Sports.
