Our client is looking for a Sales Support Administrator for a leading wedding website to assist their growing sales and account management team.

Now in its 19th year, this brand has long been the leading wedding planning website in the UK reaching more than one million unique users per month. With experience in administrative roles, you’ll be part of a team providing services to more than 5,000 leading suppliers in the wedding industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the sales team in providing an excellent service to new and existing clients
  • Regular reporting and forecasting for the Sales Manager
  • Invoice generation
  • Send renewal emails to clients
  • Create new website listings for wedding suppliers
  • Source new leads
  • Distribute enquiries to the sales team
  • Monitoring reviews
  • Data entry
  • Customer service and relationship building with hitched clients

Qualifications:

  • Strong MS Word and Excel skills
  • Good written English with attention to detail
  • Superb communication skills
  • Experience in an admin role
  • Good telephone manner
  • Self-motivated
  • A strong team player
  • Highly organised
  • Use of CRM systems is preferable with Salesforce experience an advantage
