Passionate Senior Integrated Project Manager needed to join this expanding top network above the line agency. You will be solutions oriented and ensure that any campaign is delivered on time and on budget both within the agency and externally to clients to ensure the best creative output. 

The Senior integrated PM will have strong communications skills and first hand experience of taking personal charge for the delivery of similar highly innovative and creative projects along with :
•    Ability to work under pressure, to prioritise, to multi task and to manage the creative process from start to finish are critical for this role
•    Excellent planning and organisational skills; ability to plan for all eventualities; identify risks and provide solutions to issues
•    Know and understand the client’s organisation and processes
•    Ability to juggle numerous tasks at once and to deliver effectively
•    Experience and understanding of the processes involved in producing of TV, print, radio, digital display and outdoor campaigns is essential 
•    Works as a strong team player 
•    Professional at all times 
•    Ability to manage diverse stakeholder groups 
•    Willingness to becomes a champion of the client’s business 
•    Display a good understanding of various media, including costs
•    Has a full understanding of the invoicing process, mark ups and charge out rates for each client

You will - 
•    Management and overview of the overall delivery of a multi-channel Global toolkit from start to finish
•    Creates project plans for each brief by amalgamating timings from relevant channel specific producers and partner agencies, where relevant 
•    Communicates project plans to clients and assures alignment with client processes
•    Assures that briefs are received on time and that creative teams are briefed
•    Ensures that reviews are held and attended by all of the relevant departments and cross agency teams
•    Facilitates work out of the reviews through the agency to the relevant departments and potential third parties
•    Takes responsibility for suggesting alternative options in situations where there are challenges from a timings or delivery standpoint
•    Works closely with all of the channel specific production arms to assure delivery of output 
Creative support 
•    Adds value to creative reviews and is encouraged to assist in ways to bring the work to life
•    Assures that the creative teams have the support to produce their work in a timely and cost efficient way
Financial
•    Manages and follows up on all internal and third party production costs including : raising job numbers, PO numbers and liaising with clients on receiving POs
•    Assists in actively managing the fee scope and campaign budgets alongside the account management/finance departments 
•    Communicates the financial production overview to Client alongside the account management department
