Account Director - Experiential
An experienced Account Director Experiential urgently needed to join this top London experiential agency that specialises in helping brands do exciting things in the real world and create authentic communications across the marketing spectrum.
The AD will work on activation projects across a variety of accounts in FMCG/Food & Travel and have 4-6 reports.
To effectively manage account(s) covering day-to-day management, strategic development and identification of new opportunities and overall quality control.
Regularly update the Board on all issues affecting the account(s)
To provide practical support to the Board in the general management of the Agency
To contribute to the Agency culture, process and policy - lead by example.
To develop staff within your team
To maintain account(s) profitability
To promote the adherence of financial control procedures
Represent the Agency to your Clients and develop strong personal relationships

- Creative / copy briefs
- Staffing and staff briefings
- Artwork and production
- Supplier invoices

They are looking for someone who has been an Account Director for 6 months +. They are not looking for SAMs ready to make the move to AD. You should have 2-3 years' experience at an experiential agency. They are looking for people who have been responsible for high volume sampling campaigns, not just one off events.
