Marketing Performance Analyst

At William Hill we’re investing in the technology, processes and people needed to deliver, optimise and measure personalised experiences across all of our channels. And to help us do just that, we’re looking for a Marketing Performance Analyst to join our brand new online hub in Central London. You’ll be specialising in measuring Marketing ROI and analysing our programmatic media campaigns for both existing customers, and those we don’t have yet.
Not content with “just doing the analysis,” you’ll work with our internal teams and our agencies to refine and improve our strategies; providing clear results, recommendations and proactive insights.
Your previous experience of working within a Digital Marketing function in a fast moving online business means you’ll slot in and start adding value quickly. You’ll have a degree (or equivalent) in a mathematical or numerate discipline and be able to conduct an argument in fluent SQL as well as English. Of course, we’d expect you to know Excel inside out; brewing up complex pivot tables in the same time it would take to brew a cup of tea.
If you have experience of media attribution modelling, or predictive analytics, this is a huge plus. If have a naturally logical and inquisitive mind, you love working with data and solving wide and varied challenges, then we want to hear from you.
