Services are multi-varied and range from: working with clients to deliver multi-channel campaigns, developing top level brand strategies, providing production, design and content creation services, creating and managing engagement and partnerships with Talent and Influencers and running high-profile events and experiential activity.
About the role:
-Sitting within the UK Management Team, this role will manage the cohesiveness between all practice leaders with the business and work with them to ensure that commerciality across all teams is treated as a priority in all areas of the agency
-This is a newly created, unique role that will look at ways of evolving the offerings within the agencies and identify new opportunities that will feed further growth and development in the long term
-Collaborating with all individual teams to create an environment where everyone is contributing to furthered success and see that the right people are working with the right clients on the right projects that will mutually benefit both the client and the agency
-Understand the inner workings of an integrated agency environment- come from an agency background
-Be experienced in people management and have gravitas when dealing with clients externally and staff internally
-Be able to speak the language of a PR and Digital space and have a strong sense of this to your experience
-You will understand how to strengthen the commerciality of the teams full service offerings and know how to offer services to the client in the best way
-Be effective in supporting team with new methods to strengthen Business Development opportunities
-Be able to sit with the Head of Campaigns to ensure that each team are working as cohesively and collaboratively as possible
-Have worked on large consumer brands
-8 years minimum experience
