Senior Consumer Insights Manager - (Digital / Consumer)
Our client is a globally recognised digital giant.
They are looking for an experienced Senior Insights Manager (Data) to work really closely with the CPG team. This role specifically is to work on all CPG clients in the UK which have a ‘Platinum’ status (e.g. who spend over a particular amount with the business). These platinum clients then attain access to the ‘Brand View Reporting’ system giving them view ability of more of the data.
This role is tasked with looking at that data and analysing it from a long term view as well as on a more short term basis. For example, reporting on QBR’s (quarterly business reviews) with the client as well as looking at more specific ad campaigns and sharing insights about which campaigns performed better at specific times from both an advertising perspective as well as a retail one (e.g. more products were purchased after X campaign).
The Senior Insights Manager will need to be used to being in a client facing environment as actionable insights will need to be shared and learnings will need to be delivered in meetings internally and externally. The Senior Insights Manager will also work on answering questions that they currently aren’t able to give clients, as a huge part of this role will be to work closely with engineering teams working back from the customer and therefore they require someone with strong technical skills.
Key technical elements include having a knowledge of SQL and it would be handy is they know how to programme and have an understanding of Tableau. This individual will need to know how to extract and handle data as well as analysing it.
