Creative Designer / Graphic Designer - Luxury Yachting Brand

A Creative Designer / Graphic Designer who can work across digital and print briefs is needed to join a specialist in luxury yachting and lifestyle. Expect to enhance your portfolio assisting with the company's creative development.

Considered as the definitive online source for luxury yachting and lifestyle, this leading independent website helps yacht owners buy, sell, charter expeditions and provide all other information surrounding the yachting industry (video content, news, guidance, event coverage etc.) Due to continued success they are now seeking a Creative Designer / Graphic Designer to input their creative spark that ensures they remain at the forefront of the superyacht industry.

With a new website on the horizon and a number of ongoing print projects the Creative Designer / Graphic Designer will enjoy an ideas driven role designing creative layouts, beautiful typography and original cutting-edge graphics. Whether you are suggesting creative ideas; producing marketing and visual materials (brochures / invitations / sales proposals etc.); assisting with ongoing website design; creating a 100+ page magazine or keeping up-to-date with the latest digital trends, it will be your exceptional design ability that helps increase brand awareness.

We would also love the hear from Designers who can animate videos, create web advertising banners and have experience working with Adobe After Effects. (These are all a bonus and not essential to the role.)

To qualify. You should be a Creative Designer / Graphic Designer / Digital Designer / Web Designer / Digital Web Designer / Digital Creative or similar, with a CV and portfolio that demonstrates:

  • Experience in a similar Creative Design / Graphic Design role covering print and digital briefs;
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator and ideally InDesign;
  • Exceptional creativity and innovation;
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills;
  • Excellent accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Excellent communication skills.

A basic understanding of HTML & CSS, knowledge of Adobe After Effects and a background or passion in the luxury / travel industries would all be advantageous.

This is a permanent role subject to the successful completion of a two week paid probation.
