This Creative Solutions role is for a large privately owned  growing media organisation that has national titles. You will be responsible for driving solutions business via media agencies, direct client relationships, PRs and marketing agencies. The role is responsible for responding to briefs and pro-actively developing new business across all the company platforms.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:

  • Work with Head of Creative Solutions to develop a strategy for pro-actively developing new business from designated Agencies and Clients
  • Responsible for seeking out new partnership briefs, and where relevant develop proactive proposals to help drive conversations
  • Responsible for the creation of winning partnership proposals, ensuring a strong idea and strategy is evident, creativity is present and you promote integration across print and digital. 
  • Responsible for development of the media schedule, working closely with your agency lead to ensure a competitive deal is formed.
  • Write a clear business plan for your agency group and clients which can be measured, and used for budgeting/forecasting purposes
  • Responsible for delivering the strategy, and budgets, through the identification and development of new business opportunities
  • Provide leadership in identifying new business revenue streams or verticals
  • Assist the Head of Creative Solutions and work with the Creative Solutions  team in continually improving standard of idea generation and brief response
  • Work closely with Display Sales Teams to identify and drive new solutions business
  • Internally work closely with a team of Project Managers, Designers and Insight managers to  deliver excellence in your pitches and live campaigns
  • Accurately maintain a detailed forecast of business and pipeline of sales leads in Salesforce
