Reporting directly into the Talent Marketing & Insight Director, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing integrated sourcing campaigns for the client. Working very closely with client's senior stakeholders, your role will be varied and exciting while pushing the boundaries and offering the client consistently challenging and innovative sourcing methods.

The main objectives of the role:

  • Deliver integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns to support client's sourcing needs
  • Formulate direct recruitment strategy for the client
  • Conduct regular internal analysis and external research to inform integrated campaigns (this may include candidate insight, media stats or the insights from the employer brand)
  • Present monthly insights & case studies back to the business
  • Your profile:

  • Proven experience of recruitment media gained in-house or agency environment
  • Proven track records of account management
  • Experience in working with and managing multiple stakeholders
  • Proven experience of numerical analysis
  • Enjoys building successful relationship
  • Proactive, confident and a self-starter
