Based at Counting House, London Bridge

What the job involves:

We are looking for an exceptional candidate to join our vibrant, dedicated and successful External Relations team. You will be responsible for managing celebrity relationships across the organisation and will take a lead role in implementing our celebrity engagement programme. You will also be a key driver in ensuring effective and timely engagement with appropriate celebrities from sport and entertainment, to support our relevant activities.

With your experience and expertise, from managing communications projects to utilising celebrity databases, you’ll advise cross-directorate colleagues on high-profile relationships, overseeing reputation management and ensuring that our best-known supporters embrace our values.

You will be part of the wider Communications Directorate. As a team, we work hard to support and motivate each other. We’re inclusive, enthusiastic, open, helpful and ambitious. We’re looking for that team player who shares our passion to achieve success and work collaboratively.

What we want from you:

Our fun, multi-skilled team will support you in the role and help your development. We are always looking for new ways of working, and constantly trying to improve on our approach, in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Whilst making the most of current opportunities, we want you to explore suitable new avenues which keep us upbeat, efficient and driven.

You will be creative in approaching the best ways to call upon celebrity supporters to champion our cause, endorse our activities and further raise our external profile. Drawing on your stakeholder contacts you will adeptly expand our portfolio, leading our team’s management of both new and existing celebrity relationships, including agents and influencers, and working with your Communications peers to ensure all content is on brand and impactful.

You will be flexible in your approach to maximising opportunities, and skillful in coordinating celebrity appearances at our charity events, partner events and media appearances. You will stay informed of digital influencers, social trends, celebrity news and activity. Your way with words and excellent written English will enhance our multimedia feature content, and you’ll have the ability to work to tight deadlines.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proven Celebrity Manager to show they have the personality and enthusiasm to really shine.
