This is a much talked about creative agency, specialising in 'Purpose Branding and Design' need a New Business Director to complement their growing team of 18 people. They work primarily with global NGOs, the charity sector, smaller not for profits, arts and culture, or with businesses that have a sustainable product or outlook. It's not design for the sake of design, but it's beautiful and effective.

Based in East London (cool, open studio with a great coffee machine too), their creative work is gaining global attention, more than a handful of shiny awards, but also opportunities for talks, forums and debate. The New Business Director would work with them across design, brand, copywriting, digital, User Experience, to experiential, campaigns and even publishing.

As New Business Director, you'll be a lover of this digital and interactive world we live in, as it plays a huge part in the output of this creative agency. A lover of brilliant design too, but someone who has process, diligence and proactivity in spades. You make it happen.

You'll be a major presence in all client conversation, therefore excellent communication skills, high-level presentation and pitching experience are of utmost importance. This is a new role so the world's your oyster and you can carve a wonderful space out for yourself and really take this agency places.

Cultural fit is important to this team who work off the basis that they all have the same belief in the power of design but if you can get on board with that then this could be the place for you! A genuinely collaborative, passionate and spirited team with years of success ahead of them.


| At least 7-8 years' experience in new business development within a creative agency
| Understanding of the digital space we live and work in, as this is paramount to their work
| Proactive, organised, diligent, you make things happen
| Understanding of design and branding is important but not essential
| Ideally a keen interest or experience in the purpose sector
