Their international work is creative and culture-centric, unearthing ground breaking and actionable insights to answer the biggest brands' most difficult questions. It spans a range of sectors with an impressive line up on their client roster. The agency has had a lot of change within the last year and are at an exciting stage now where they have set a clear vision for future, and in turn are looking to hire across multiple positions. Alongside their existing functions including culture, digital and semiotics, they are looking to develop a social & behavioural department and angle work so that it is feeding more heavily in to design and innovation. This leading insights agency seek a Head of Semiotics to lead the growing team. This exciting senior position heading up the semiotics team will involve leading and training the team , overseeing projects end to end and thinking commercially to advise where incorporating use of semiotics in projects is beneficial for clients, in turn driving business profitability. You will be an expert semiotician with proven experience in the field, able to train juniors on the area and educate the wider business on the topic. You will be working closely with senior team members and constantly looking to develop the area. You will enjoy collaborative working, thinking analytically and producing high quality output.
