SENIOR ACCOUNT DIRECTOR - £45-£50K - EXPERIENTIAL - 3 MONTH TEMP-PERM - IMMEDIATE START - LONDON - E-CIGARETTES

Major Players is working with an award winning agency to source an experienced experiential Senior Account Director for a 3 month temp-perm contract. The role will see you leading a solid team of account handlers for one main e-cigarette/vape account; taking them through a really busy period, with a strong likelihood of the role going permanent in the New Year. To date, this team have developed the account to the strong position it is in today and this is largely down to the tenacity of the team as a whole.

ROLE
Acting as a main point of contact for the European division of this global account
Reporting directly into the Managing Partner, you'll be leading a solid team of account handlers (SAM, AM, AE) and working in collaboration with strategy and creative teams
Developing strategic guidelines and toolkits for European experiential sampling campaigns
Activations include a mix of retail activations and festival activations, on/off trade roadshows, POS and traditional events
Driving account growth from within the client's business - working as an extension to their team from a business strategy perspective
Turning creative strategy into tangible projects and being able to deliver these in their entirety
Developing plans and then advising on how to activate globally

REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must come with solid experience gained at Account Director level
Experience working with FMCG accounts, particularly across tobacco, alcohol or confectionery
Experience creating and developing toolkits and guidelines on how to execute campaigns at a European to Global level
Someone naturally strategic, with an interest in new market trends
Ability to lead accounts from the front while offering guidance and support to junior team members
Candidates must come with a really can do attitude with the want to get stuck in to project delivery as well as account management
Ability to manage an account with many moving parts
