ACCOUNT DIRECTOR WITH BRAND ACTIVATION / DIGITAL / SOCIAL FOR BOOZE & CONFECTIONARY ACCOUNTS!

Our agency client has been listed in The Sunday Times ‘100 Best Small Companies to Work For’ for the past three years running. They believe employee development and reward are key to their continuing success and performance, and they actively encourage everyone to get involved in the running of the agency.

Due to business growth, they are on the look-out for a couple of established Account Directors who thrive on business development to play a pivotal role in driving their clients business forward.

There are various AD positions. One of which is to work on a fun alcohol brand delivering BTL, shopper, digital, promotional and experiential marketing campaigns, across the On and Off trade.

The candidate needs to have strong integrated activation experience under their belt. Knowledge of the on trade would be ideal, but the off trade is more necessary.

The candidate would be responsible for the day to day running of both accounts. They would manage an account manager and account executive to deliver effective and shopper and trade focused communications.

Core skills required –

  • Proven record at AD level
  • Drinks industry experience – ideally beer
  • Off-Trade shopper marketing experience
  • Integrated campaign experience
  • FMCG experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good written / verbal communication skills
  • Team management
  • Passion for creativity
  • Confident managing third parties / suppliers
  • Excellent time management / experience of managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Stimulated by fast turnaround, high volume accounts
  • Ability to adhere to defined agency and client process/ways of working

The agency is also looking for a socially-savvy Account Director to lead one of its FMCG clients. The work is integrated with a core focus on social, digital and shopper. The agency have been the client’s social media and digital agency since 2016 and since then, the account has grown rapidly and they now develop fully integrated campaigns as well as the creation of content for the brands social media channels, upkeep and development of some of the UK brand websites and POS/retailer assets.

Core skills required –

  • One to two years’ experience at Account Director level
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Social and integrated campaign experience
  • FMCG experience
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good written / verbal communication skills
  • Team management
  • Passion for creativity
  • Experience in working with ATL and media agencies
  • Confident managing third parties / suppliers
  • Excellent time management / experience of managing multiple projects at the same time
  • Ability to adhere to defined agency and client process/ways of working
