Customer Experience Insight Manager | British Retail Brand - 12month contract
We're looking for a customer experience insight manager to join one of the most recognisable and admired retail brands.
The client: Quintessentially British, they're one of the largest private companies in Britain and boast the bestselling high street website. With fantastic advertising campaigns it's a brand with huge brand loyalty and is much loved across the UK.
The role: A hands on insight role, where you'll run meaty projects, manage key agency suppliers and manage two customer insight analysts. Their customer experience programme is an extensive research programme covering all facets of the customer experience and is reported all the way to the board so has good visibility within the business. You'll have to work with stakeholders across the business ensuring teams know the issues and where changes can be made to improve customer experience.
Extensive customer experience research experience
Team management experience
Ideally client-side insight experience
A solid set of research skills ideally quantitative and qualitative.
Gravitas, someone who can influence stakeholders.
