Senior CRM Analyst - Top Integrated Agency

This leading integrated agency has won a fantastic new client, a top broadcast brand and they are the lead creative agency. All under one roof, they manage the Media, Creative Advertising brand and tactical  / direct response work, CRM, digital, social and content activity. 

They are now looking for a Senior CRM Analyst to come in and work closely with the CRM Strategy Director. 

The Senior CRM Analyst will support the CRM team and you'll work across this main client, if you're a sports fan even better but this isn't a prerequisite. 

They are currently in the process of accessing ongoing 1st party CRM and subscription data, as well as media data and they require a Senior CRM Analyst with strong analytical capabilities to improve their understanding of this brand's customers. They want a Senior CRM Analyst who can help improve their on going targeting capabilities to enable the agency to better drive retention, loyalty and churn prevention. 

We are looking for a Senior CRM Analyst with a strong and successful track record in analysing customer data including CRM data, transactional data and online data in order to produce insights, build segmentations and to provide recommendations. 

The successful Senior CRM Analyst should ideally have experience in building new behavioural segmentations. 

We are looking for a Senior CRM Analyst who would love working in an always on environment, surrounded by people within the creative agency, account management, production and strategy team. It's such an exciting team, with lots going on and we want a Senior CRM Analyst who can seriously add value and lead. 

The Senior CRM Analyst will have a wide range of responsibilities including customer diagnostics, analysis and insights. The Senior CRM Analyst will over see CRM campaign analysis and insights, and we want a Senior CRM Analyst who can help with create measurement and control groups. 

You'll be a Senior CRM Analyst who is comfortable working with excel and powerboat, and ideally you'll have experience working with statistical modelling.

This is a great role, and a chance for a Senior CRM Analyst to come into an agency and be involved with a big new business win for this agency. The Senior CRM Analyst will be able to influence and really make an impact on this new client.
