Creative Director, top 10 London advertising / integrated agency. £150+ salary level

This top creative agency has had a fantastic 2017, and won so many huge global and local pieces of business. Their client list is impressive, as is the agency's own story, and we've worked with this business for a very long time. It's full of talented individuals across creative, planning, account handling and production, and they're now looking to bring in another Creative Director who can help lead the creative department. 

The Creative Director will work along side 2 others at this level, and above you you'll be mentored and guided by 3 very talented individuals who lead and run the agency. Below you you'll be surrounded by Senior, Mid and Junior level teams, and everyone brings something different to the table. 

The Creative Director coming in must be at the top of their game. We need a Creative Director who is full to the brim of ideas, awards, and current work that really stands out. It's essential that any Creative Director coming into this agency has worked worked on big brands, delivering integrated work, including big budget TV, digital, integrated and comms work. 

You will be a Creative Director who has it all. You must be able to create a vision for a brand, you'll be both strategic and creative, and someone who has the personable skills to lead and direct clients at a very senior level. We want a Creative Director who can become a trusted partner to people at all levels within the client and agency teams. 

The Creative Director coming into this top agency must have a serious amount of energy and drive, a real passion for the business, agency landscape and client work, and not just a passion for making ads. As an agency they work across every marketing / comms channel, it's all delivered under one very big roof so the Creative Director coming into the agency must be able to think about the big brand ideas, be able to lead big TV and advertising campaigns, but be able to demonstrate this thinking across other channels. 

The Creative Director will be a leader in this creative department which is full of super talented individuals, and you'll be relentlessly energetic and positive about the creative department and agency. You'll inspire and lead as the Creative Director, and you'll be a Creative Director who is established within the industry and you'll have credibility. 

We want a Creative Director who can work on day to day client business, but also a superstar when it comes to pitching and winning business. We're looking for a Creative Director who can demonstrate a good track record in winning big business. 

The agency list is varied, from retailers, to FMCG brands, to financial services, travel and technology and household electronic products. It's one of the best agencies in the world, and for the right Creative Director this could be a dream role.
