We are seeking a Digital Specialist to work clientside in Brussels in the offices of a global automotive brand with European headquarters in the Belgian capital. This is a hugely exciting role at the forefront of the brands digital plans.

You will sit with the Marketing team and your role will be part of the Business Transformation team ensuring strategic and operational alignment of pan-European digital activities. In your role as Digital Specialist you will initiate, plan, and follow- up on projects on a pan-European basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively track and measure customer satisfaction related to usage of the website and take pro-active measures
  • Continuously improve the customer experience by researching and conceiving user experiences for digital products
  • Coordinate content input with various departments for the website functionalities
  • Act as governance steward for content, design & UX. Create, distribute and check performance against ?client policies, standards & processes
  • Develop integrated digital marketing campaigns and analyse performance (ROI and KPI's)
  • Manage and deliver projects with budgets up to £300k. Track and report financial status of a project against current estimate. Highlight potential overruns before they occur. Escalate and resolve financial issues as they happen
  • Tailor and communicate an appropriate project structure by methodology (e.g. Agile or Waterfall) or by project phase (e.g. Discovery)
  • Based on consumer and business insight, propose and create briefing to further enhance the website functionality
  • Continuously monitor competitive activity. Develop presentations for management
  • Analyse data and share concrete action plans in regular reports of the most important findings to higher management UX & Design
  • Proactively identify design opportunities, improvements and problems and communicate requirements
  • Make strategic design and user-experience decisions related to core, and new, functions and features
  • Create scope documents and functional specification to prepare handover to development team
  • Take a user-centered approach and organise usability testing, A/B tests and other appropriate testing methods (i.e heatmaps, scrolling tests, etc.)
  • Secure appropriate management, cross-departmental and local market involvement at all necessary stages
  • Coordinate projects with the design agency during the briefing, concept development, production and roll- out
  • Establish and track project success criteria and Key Performance Indicators
  • Coordinate and facilitate delivery of project objectives and review project tasks to make certain deadlines are met appropriately content input
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders to coordinate content input and to ensure new features and functionalities are launched in a timely manner
