Our client is a known digital and content marketing agency that was founded by two industry leaders who have a reputation for doing things differently and have a proven track record throughout their careers that back this up.
This is not an egotistical agency, they don’t believe in the ivory tower syndrome so big egos need not apply. As a leading B2B marketing agency they invest heavily into creativity and strategy and their approach and ideas are designed to shake the markets they operate in, which they do very well.
They’ve been around for several years and continue to work with some of the largest names within the B2B Tech and Telco sector. Plus they have a very broad and large client base so variety is plenty here.
Its due to this ongoing success that after a large recruitment drive last year that we are now seeking an Account Director or Senior Account Director to come on board and work across a number of well known blue chip brands. All varying in size. Enough to handle but not enough to drown under…!
We aren’t looking for a typical Account Director or Senior Account Director. This person needs to be a real leader. And we don’t just mean leading people. You will take the lead on one of this agency’s flagship accounts and will be expected to develop this YoY. And it’s a fantastically creative client with budget to play with!
You will have a passion for creativity and content and understand the importance this plays when trying to do things differently in an off the shelf market.
You will be someone that people will respect because you aren’t a bark orders type of person. You will remember what it’s like to look after the up and coming talent and nurture them as they will ultimately be the ones that make your life easier.
Be prepared to role your sleeves up and get stuck in. As you should lead by example. Leaders are involved, not sitting on the side lines giving motivational speeches.
You will have an integrated or digital background with solid experience within B2B and IT/Tech.
You will be a voice in the room, someone people will look up to because you are knowledgeable and your team will trust you.
And finally try to remember its also about having fun. So as much as we want you to love the opportunity and feel motivated to come in every day, what’s even better is if you’ve got a personal passion outside of work. Something that is completely yours.
In return for your skills as an Account Director or Senior Account Director our client offers a generous package ranging between £50-65k plus benefits.
