SPECIFICALLY THE ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Lead the day-to-day client relationships (large and medium sized clients £50,000 -

    £500,000) ensuring the experience is a good one for all involved

  • Create open lines of communication between Clients and the team - working with the rest of the team to ensure that the client objectives, timings and deliverables are clear and obtainable

  • Befriend Clients, be a good listener, reassure them that everything is under control and

    make our clients look good

  • Presentation skills - a confident, believable and passionate presenter

  • Ensure work is on brief, on budget and on-time - as well as delivering a healthy margin

  • Contribute to the strategic and creative thinking on projects to ensure all output is Bold,

    Beautiful and Intelligent - and that Clients have access to expert advice at all times

  • Support the new business effort - improving processes, scoping and writing cost estimates, creating timing plans and looking for opportunities to secure extra work with existing clients

  • Work with the Account Manager and Account Executive to ensure contracts and PO's are

    in place for all projects, and invoices are issued and dispatched on an on-going basis, as well

    as at the month-end

  • Work with the Senior Client Management team to grow every client by 25% year-on-year

  • Contribute to the company culture - fun to be around

    QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES:

  • Graduate calibre

  • A keen interest and point of view on strategy and creativity

  • Accurate, has an eye for detail

  • Efficient and extremely organised

  • Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage workload under pressure to meet deadlines

  • Natural communicator - good writer and strong presenter

  • A good listener & emotionally intelligent

  • Energetic & proactive

  • Passion for the subject / fluent in branding theory

  • Above all, hugely likable and fun to be around

  • Experienced with Excel, PowerPoint and Word

  • Mac proficient




EXPERIENCE
* At least 6 years' experience in a similar role within a brand consultancy, although we'd also consider strong candidates from a digital, advertising and/or comms background

PACKAGE & BENEFITS:

  • Salary: £50-£55k per annum

  • Pension: 5% Personal Contribution, plus 5% Employer Contribution

  • 22 days holiday per annum - plus 3-5 days between Christmas & New Year, rising by one

    day a year, for every year served, to a maximum of 25 days

  • Access to Bike Club - 20% discount on any new bicycle (up to £1,000)

    including a 12 month, interest free loan, that's deducted from your salary

  • Annual company holiday - Thursday, Friday & Saturday, usually in early September

  • Bonus: discretionary bonus for delivery agreed financial targets (usually 5-10% of salary)
