Global Electronics brands are searching for an ambitious Communications Manager to join their European division.
One of the leaders in the consumer electronics business are looking for a Communications Manager for their Surrey office. These guys are key movers in their market, driving on innovative, discovery and are consistently transforming the world of televisions, smartphones, computers and home appliances. They employ hundreds of thousands of people worldwide and have only see their annual sales increase over the last few years.
This position would be based in the businesses HQ in Surrey and would be the leading Communications Manager feeding directly into the Head of PR for their EMEA team. The company itself have a work hard, play hard mentality where work rate is high but the output is great and ambitious. They are a dynamic business that is consistently driving innovation and technology. The people within the business take pride in their vision, their work, their products which contribute to them being one of the global leaders for their sector.
As part of the EMEA PR team, you'll work to protect the reputation and promote the brand in the local markets. You'll be part of a strong central team doing all the day to day media outreach, campaign development and strategy. They are the regional market leader in both the smartphone and TV categories; a top five brand in tablets and wearable devices; a fast-growing challenger brand in the premium home appliances sector; and a multi-billion euro player in the B2B sector.
You'll be ambitious, creative and experienced in focusing on producing and delivering award winning campaigns to the highest quality whilst dealing with the brands media stakeholders. Your focus will be on delivering media objectives for the brands lifestyle initiaves across all media and categories. You'll also work across the business divisions for the brand and help them with their corporate reputation work. You'll speak to all the other marketing functions across digital, social, partnerships and media to maximise ROI.
You will develop and deliver regionally relevant strategies to aplify new product launches across the EMEA markets, as well as working closely with marketing stakeholders and agency partners. You'll work closely with the Head of Communications in mapping and managing product issues as well as producing innovative content that generates conversations across earned media channels.

- Agency or clientside
- Big brand experience
- Understanding the European market
- Team player
- Consumer technology experience isn't 100% needed
- Strategic and understanding of how to implement PR campaigns, plans and press releases
- Ability to manage senior stakeholder relationships.
