You will play a vital role in developing CRM, loyalty and Direct Marketing campaigns for one of the UKs largest and most popular loyalty schemes. You will have a deep understanding not only of your clients’ business and their challenges but also that of the customer and its long-term relationship with the brand. You will have the ability to unlock the potential of customers to become advocates and collaborators of the brand. All campaigns and content that is developed is highly targeted and connects and entertains the customer throughout their entire journey.
You will work closely with your client as their direct marketing expert and present new and innovative ways of keeping current customers engaged and retained and attracting and acquiring customers in this busy and highly competitive sector.
You will be highly strategic and able to sit at the table discussing thought provoking high level strategies with your clients, you will be a strong presenter and enjoy getting involved in growing the business and in new pitches.
You need to demonstrate passion for what you do and a dedication to get the best and most effective work done to deliver against your clients and the agencies objectives.
