A rare opportunity has arisen within the Haymarket Business Media (HBM) Recruitment division for an exceptional Recruitment Sales Manager. Reporting into the Sales Director, you will be managing five different recruitment titles – Third Sector Jobs, Planning Jobs, Horticulture Jobs, ENDs and GP Jobs.
This is a crucial role managing over 60% of the recruitment departments yearly revenue and a team of five sales people ranging from Sales Executive to Account Manager level. Therefore, it is essential that you have relevant experience managing brands and developing sales people. You will have a proven success record of guiding teams to hit and overachieve budgeted revenues and targets whilst actively selling yourself and leading from the front.
