ACCOUNT MANAGER - CONTENT/SOCIAL MEDIA - FMCG/BEAUTY/HYGIENE

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented account manager to work for a boutique agency driving long-term growth for brands through creative campaigns and brand content on social.

Developing and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of clients, acting as their first point of contact.
Working closely with the internal teams and external suppliers to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget.
Working to financial targets and enhancing profitability.
Setting KPIs and ensuring that plans for each client are continually updated, including mutual objectives and performance reviews.
Implementing multi-platform strategies.
Writing and proof reading creative copy and presentations.
Evaluating performance and creating reports.
Analysing insight reports.
Involvement in new business and pitching.
A skilled verbal & written communicator
You'll need to be highly articulate and detail-driven, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues and suppliers at all levels. Our clients are extremely diverse, so the successful candidate must be able to provide examples of how they have adapted to different situations and personalities to reach positive outcomes.
A strategic thinker
The Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring that client campaigns deliver tangible results and meet strategic business objectives. The candidate must have proven experience in managing multi-faceted campaigns from start to finish, and must demonstrate an understanding of how campaigns impact the client's wider business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and reviewing presentations in a range of formats. They must be extremely detail orientated.
You'll most likely have at least two to three years' experience in marketing. You may be working client-side currently, or perhaps in a social or project management role, but perhaps you're looking for more variety in your day and broader experience. And we're a social agency, so a passion for social media is a must!
