So what kind of experience do you need to have? Well ideally someone comfortable with all areas of digital marketing, whether it be Paid or Owned media, CRM, Social platforms etc. You need to be someone comfortable with all these areas. Secondly, as it states in the title, you'll need to have a solid background in working with data, familiar with data analytics, data manipulation tools and using that data for targeting techniques.
