Business Director - French speaking
Reporting directly into the Director of Marketing Technology, the successful candidate will be responsible for all areas (including operational & commercial) aspects on their account, ensuring long-term stability and growth. The role will suit someone with commercial experience gained in beauty/luxury industry.
Ensure the company operates on a solid foundation by building strong client Relationships
Develop important new methodologies and work practices that can improve the company (and clients) performance and profitability
Possess a superior understanding of clients' business issues, industry, competitors, and brands. Use these insights to help clients to articulate their needs, and ICP to propose new solutions
Support the delivery of revenue and annual forecasts.
Identify organic and incremental growth opportunities and lead action plans with the MSD.
Manage contractual relationships and fee negotiations and monitor contract compliance with support from MSD/FD.
Partnership - engage in strategic conversations at the appropriate level with clients and become a recognised as a trusted advisor.
Innovation - understand and get to the heart of a problem by challenging assumptions and digging deeper. Coming up with innovative options and driving innovative thinking.
Commercial Focus - have strong financial and commercial acumen together with an ability to negotiate optimal "win-win" in terms of business.
