Role: The Role of Project/Account Manager sits within an enthusiastic, integrated and knowledgeable team of 10, reporting into the Account Director. The team is made up of a mixture of Account Directors, Account/Project Managers, Senior Account/Project Managers, Account Executives and a Client Director. You will be working on a mixture of engagement, branding and digital mid-range projects so must have an understanding of all three disciplines. However, you are not expected to be an expert - there are in-house specialists in these areas who you can enlist the knowledge of when necessary. Teamwork and a multidisciplinary approach are essential for this role. Your main responsibilities will be proactively looking after your clients and projects by ensuring client work is delivered on time and on budget whilst maintaining strong, positive and long-lasting relationships with your clients.

Ideal Candidate: In order to be considered for the role, you must have a broad knowledge of and passion for branding, engagement and digital. You should already be a strong and experienced Project/Account Manager as this role comes with the view of becoming a Senior Account Manager. You must have exceptional client services skills with sensitivity to client challenges and a supportive attitude for their ambitions. You’ll be great at building internal and external relationships; have unquestionable business ethics and integrity; great organisational skills; an engaging, positive and collaborative personality with a “can do” mentality. You must have strong communication and presentation skills and be comfortable participating in pitch teams when required.
